Medication and laboratory charges are billed by the pharmacy and the lab at cost. We do not mark them up, and we do not take a share of what is prescribed.

The order matters. We look before we recommend, and the recommendation belongs to a person with a licence who is accountable for it.
Intake and labs
Ten minutes of history, medications and goals. If we do not have recent bloodwork we will order it or work from panels you already have. Nothing is recommended off a questionnaire alone.
Clinician review
A licensed provider reads the whole picture — including what you take from Viara Wellness — and either builds a plan, asks for more information, or tells you this is not the right route.
Plan and follow-up
If something is prescribed it ships from a licensed pharmacy. You get scheduled check-ins and repeat labs, and the plan changes when your numbers do.

Are you seeing patients right now?
Not yet. Viara Labs is being built and is not open to patients — the strip on the image above says so, and the map shows zero states licensed. This page describes how the practice will work when it opens.
Do I need bloodwork before my first appointment?
Not before, but it will be part of the process. If you have panels from the last six months we will work from those. If not, the clinician orders what is relevant rather than a scattergun.
Can a clinician prescribe anything I ask for?
No. A provider prescribes what is clinically appropriate and lawfully available, and declines the rest. Several compounds that are widely marketed online cannot lawfully be compounded today, and we are not going to route around that.
How does this relate to Viara Wellness?
Viara Wellness is the consumer supplement side and is open today. Viara Labs is the practitioner-guided side. Sharing an owner does not mean a clinician here will recommend a Wellness product — it means what you already take is on the chart.
What happens to my medical information?
It stays with the clinical record. It is not used to market to you, and it is not shared with the Wellness side for that purpose.
